Timeless + Artisan Mountain Estate

Upon finding their dream ski-in, ski-out out, vacation property tucked in the slopes near Park City, Utah, our longtime clients asked us to be their owner representative in addition to guiding the design. Inspired by seeing the property for the first time in winter on snowmobiles, our design team helped create a handcrafted estate with timeless, understated grandeur. Three-story, floor to ceiling windows invite the outdoors in and the volume and balance of wood, metal, glass and stone, coupled with a curved grand staircase, complement the alpine forested setting. Spacious enough to accommodate many, the flexible interior design also feels intimate. Fun vacation features include a two-story slide, rock climbing wall, game room, theater, gym, heated Olympic-sized pool and more. Our role continued to the finishing touches. When the family arrived for their very first time at Thanksgiving, the fireplace was roaring, the beds were made and topped with welcome chocolates, the kitchen fully stocked and chilled champagne was ready to be popped.
