Design Development & Construction Documents

• Now is the time to dive into the details. We solidify the design concept by producing floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and 3D models, all while collaborating with you to achieve the desired outcome.
• Coordination is key. We work closely on construction documents for bidding and construction with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure your vision is carried through.
• We’ll work closely to ensure project goals are met by preparing architectural finish specifications, assisting with value engineering decisions, and finalizing the furniture package.

Design-Related Project Management & Installation

• While construction is underway, we will remain your advocate to maintain the project budget and timeline.
• We’ll make sure no detail is left out by continuously coordinating with furniture vendors, contractors, and consultants.
• We’ll develop an efficient delivery and installation plan for all items including furniture, artwork, accessories, and more. We ensure your project comes to completion by being on-site for final walk-throughs and staging.
