At Urban Chalet, we believe that each of us is responsible for contributing to the success of our community. That's why our designers devote countless hours volunteering their time and talents to local organizations, doing our bit to help promote their causes and achieve their missions.
We are proud to be currently or previously involved with the following organizations:
Mission Neighborhood Health Center
For nearly four decades, the non-profit Mission Neighborhood Health Center (MNHC) has provided comprehensive medical and social services to San Francisco’s Latino community. Spanish-speaking families can receive care in their native language from staff that are linguistically competent and culturally sensitive. At MNHC, no one is denied patient services based on an inability to pay.
- Over 13,000 patients helped each year
- The first neighborhood health center in San Francisco
- Approximately 52% of all care MNHC provides is subsidized through grants and donations.
- The center offers primary care, adult medicine, pediatrics, family planning, OB/Gyn and HIV care services.

Compass Family Services
Compass Family Services provides low-income and homeless families with the tools they need to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness. Compass is widely recognized for its superior service and proven results, and has served the San Francisco community for more than ninety years. Each year, the agency's six programs provide services to more than 3,000 parents and children, 50% of whom are under age 18.
